Multi Stage Turbines We offer multi stage steam turbines in which like in condensing turbines the energy available in the live inlet steam is used to the extent possible by expanding the live steam in the turbine below atmospheric pressure (vacuum). The steam is finally exhausted from the turbine at vacuum to the surface condenser where the latent heat of exhaust steam is transferred to the cooling water. These type of turbines find application where steam is utilized only for power generation.
